Steph Carse Wins Best Music Video at Canadian International Faith & Family Film Festival.

Steph Carse was honored at the 2nd Annual Canadian International Faith & Family Film Festival, winning “Best Music Video” at the star-studded event. The festival wrapped on Sunday at University of Toronto’s Innis College with a ceremony honoring winners from an impressive line-up of 177 submissions, 70 official selections, and 30 nominations across 14 categories.

with Awards Presented to Star-studded Talent
Ray Liotta, Dennis Quaid, Mira Sorvino, and Ashley Judd among Winners and Nominees
TORONTO (September 17, 2018) – The 2nd annual Canadian International Faith & Family Film Festival (CIFF) wrapped yesterday at University of Toronto’ Innis College running from September 14-16. CIFF made its mark with an attendance of over 1500, doubling the attendance of the inaugural year. The festival concluded with an awards ceremony to announce its winners from 177 submissions, 70 official selections, 30 nominations, and 14 categories.
Awards categories included Features, Documentaries, Shorts, Family Films, Music Videos, Screenplays & New Media. Entries received were from 22 countries, including Canada, United States and China, Australia and India. The festival concluded with a Canadian Red Carpet Premiere of Andrew and JonErwins feature from Lions Gate/Mission Pictures I Can Only Imagine and won for Best Picture. Notable mentions include Academy award winner Mira Sorvino in Trade of Innocents who won for Best Actress. Merritt Patterson won for best supporting actress in Universal Pictures/PureFlix’s Unbroken: Path to Redemption. Ray Liotta walked away with best supporting actor against heavy hitters Dennis Quaidand Kevin Pollak for The Identical. Best Music Video went to International recording artist Steph Carsefor Amazing Grace. Hollywood and top faith film producer Cindy Bond of Mission Pictures International was in attendance to receive the Faith Achievement Award for her contribution to Faith Film Industry and Art Hindle received a standing ovation for the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to the Canadian film and television industry for over 45 years.
